You are using too much of your case lube. The lube is pushed down off the neck and cannot escape the shoulder and the lube is trapped and causes an oil dent. If they are not too deep the next shots will push them back out, but if they are deep they will often crack there in one or two shots. Lightly lube the case from the shoulder down and leave the neck alone, some lube will migrate enough to keep the neck area from sticking. Good shooting! the toolman.

I find the Lee dies make the necks too small and they have to be expanded again to fit the boolit. I now just use a 45 acp carbide die to size the neck. It just sizes them down the right amount to use the Lyman 446110 boolit.

You may also find the Lee die pushes the shoulder back too far. I have a 71 Mauser single shot that this happens to. from what I have been able to find out from research is that when the 71/84 repeater came out the shoulder was farther forward.
I do not use the expander button in the sizer but use a copy of a Lyman M die expander that fits in the Lee flaring tool that Jiminphx made me several years ago. NOE makes similar expanders now.
The 45acp die also works.
