I have 3, 8mm Mauser rifles and a 8mm French Berthier rifle. That I want to get a mold for. I'm hoping to find one mold that will work in all four rifles, my primary goal is a hunting bullet. I may do a little target shooting with them but I mainly want to take a deer with each of them. If I do any cmp shooting I'll buy another mold if I have to its not a big deal just a good excuse.

I'm also looking for mold recommendations for a mold to cast a hunting bullet for my 338 Win mag. I'm not worried about shooting over 150m and once again it's primary goal is for hunting and practice.

Thanks,
Vann

I can't speak about the French rifle, but I have been pleased with my Saeco 081 for my two k98 Mausers.

The best advice I can pass on to you is to look on the Accurate mold catalog and call Al there and talk to him about a good choice.Robert

I put my name in on the 8mm mold group buy yesterday for a 200gr. 3 cavity mold with hollow point pins. I've always gone for a flat point in a hunting bullet but with a hollow point I'm hoping this will work.

What are y'alls thoughts on that. Almost all of my cast bullet hunting has been using a 31141 or a cast bullet out of a 4570. I've got a really good load for my 311284 out of my 06 but I have never used it on game.

Your suggestions are much appreciated.
