UserCP will not open

When I select User CP, it takes me to the forums page. Anyone else having this problem?

Got it fixed by deleting cookies and browsing history but what I'm looking for is a thread where I purchased an item and I have a problem. It doesn't show up in my Subscriptions or the Sold forum. Wow, I dropped off over the edge I guess.
I did a search and found it. I included the thread in a post that I made today.

Works on my iPad but the post is still missing from S&S.
