For for a special swaged bullet

Any one out there make a swaged bullet looks like a really tall gas check, sort of a cup? Maybe it's called a half jacket.

I need some of these in 30 caliber, approx weight 200 gr for my 300 RUM.

Speer used to make these, they were called the "plinker" and came out at about 100 grains, are you sure you want to try to push them at RUM velocities?
