Noe 460-405

Does anybody shoot this boolit? I see a lot of talk about the 350gr version, but not so much on the 405gr. I'm looking at a mold that will drop a PB and a GC, at the moment, and would like to hear how they shoot out of an 1895.

Awesome..I'd be happy with a 2" group @ 100yds with my iron sights. Do you shoot the gas checked version or the plain base....or both?

NOE 460405 plain base 36 grains IMR-3031 from a 45-70 Handi-Rifle @200 yards. It's a damn fine boolit.

I have one and shoot it in a CVA Stalker. Pb version and I'm looking at getting a pb gc maker from PatMarlins now. w/ 4579 I got it dialed down to 1" but I'm about 3 inches with 4198 and 3031.

I use the GC version
I get sub 3" groups out of the Marlin at 175 yards

A nice shooting bullet IMO

I am using the gas check version, my mold does have both , but with the results I am getting why change
