TX and MO now allow 19 yr old military and vets to get a chl. So Minnesota says no carry here for you! I don't care about the reasoning, results are what matter.

Did they drop all reciprocity or only for those under 21 yrs?

For what I can tell on the MN DPS site, it's a 21 issue.
