Habenaro peppers
Tamatillos
white onions
chop the above items and combine in a bowl. To that add chopped fresh cilantro and the juice of fresh limes to taste. Mix again and serve. This is a pretty hot salasa but the taste of the habenaros is fantastic. It got the name three shake years ago at a super bowl party the 1st time my brother-in-law tried it. He said after dipping a chip you had to shake it three times before you could eat it.
