Here it is, Sunday morning and I was given 2 boxes of Sierra J-words and want to try them out. But, I don't have a Sierra manual.

If someone here has one and doesn't mind giving me some data out of it this morning I would sure appreciate it.

The bullet I am trying to load is the 220 grn BTMK. I have RL 22, Retumbo, and H1000 to start with.

Pm's would probably be best.

Thank's, Scott

What cartridge are you loading?

I'm sorry, I forgot to mention what I am loading. I am shooting a 300 win mag that I built myself. It has a 1-10 shilen 26 inch barrel on it.

I'm showing RL-22 start at 61.5 max at 68.1. H-1000 start at 64.0 and max at 75.5. This is for the 220SMK, Fed case, and 215 Fed primer. I'm not showing Retumbo.

Thank you very much Lightman. I appreciate it. I waited a while for an answer this morning but guess everyone was sleeping in. I drove an hour to OKC and bought a manual. Was needing to add it to my collection anyways.

Thanks again.

TrapperScott:

Go to this link and you should be able to download a pdf of the pages for 300 WinMag from the Sierra Manual.

Sorry I did not read your post sooner, but Sierra has one of my favorite books and I'm sure you will enjoy it.

It's a good manual, one you'll be glad you own.
