"Another" Lube Question

Does anyone know what the silver colored powdery stuff is on Hornady lead bullets? I have fired thousands over the years in a number of calibers and I don't ever remember any great amount of leading.
Might just be, my rememberer is broken.:mrgreen:

I'm with 44. I have read that it's mica. I believe their intention is to keep velocities very low.
