Boo, hoo, last of my WW cast today..

Ok, well I cast the last of my Wheel Weight alloy I had on hand today. Made about 650 148gr .38 wadcutters. :drinks:

I still have to say casting with a Lee 6banger mould rocks for throughput once you've got it cleaned and up to temp!

Oh, that was just the last of the WW I had, not the last of my lead. Got another hundred or so lbs of homebrew alloy left. Enough for the summer anyways!

So, how was your winter?

When I read the subject it gave me a fright and I had to think quick how much I have on hand. Whew. Dont do that.

Those six cavity jobs are the bomb diggity. I can't imagine using a single or even three cavity, especially steel ones.
