Anyone going to be at the Andy Dalton range on June 6? I may be taking my girlfriend's son and nephew shooting there in the AM. I have been there once before and in my humble opinion, it is a pretty nice range.

I am not too far from the range but since I shoot here on my place I have never been. However I do understand that it is a very nice range. Hopefully someone will chime in and can join you for some shooting and chatting on June 6. I will not be able to join you due to commitments already pending.

It will be a two hour drive for me. I would go but not until august or thereafter. It does look nice.

It is a nice range. Or it was the last time I went. I bought this place which is a few miles north about 14 years ago. Since I can shoot here I haven't been back.

What will you be shooting?

Ill have the grandkids that weekend I think. If possible I'll try to come down.

I would imagine we will not be there until 10:30 or a little later. Iffn it were just me, I would be there at opening time. As for rifles, we will be taking a Marlin 336 in .35 rem, 1891 Argentine Mauser, Remington 788 in .243 and a ar15 in 6.8. I will also be dragging along a TC Contender, a Browning Buckmark, Dan Wesson .22 and an xp100. Got to keep the kids entertained.

I live in the middle west Missouri, Cass county so where is the Andy Dalton range?

It is just north of the little town of Bois d'arc or southeast of ash grove. I believe it's on U highway. Could be UU. I drive past it every day you would think I would know.

Just wondering, is it 100 yard range? I'm also close but I shoot at home also. And I have to work Sat morning.

Thanks guys I did find it with a web search so what's going on there guys getting together to shoot some boolits? I do run a cast bullet match at Pioneer Gun Club south east of Kansas City the first Saturday of the month in case somebody might be interested. We shoot a CBA course of fire 100 yard and 200 yards military, hunting class, open class, plain base class.

Well, I am just going there for some cheap entertainment. I thought if anyone else from the board was going to be there, it would be nice to meet them. I will be dragging along a couple of young men. Look for me in the pink shirt and the blaze orange hat.

Looks like we have a few things to do in the morning, so it looks like we won't be there until after12:30 or so

Well, got there at 1:30pm. Funny how long it takes to get teenagers out of the house. I didn't run into any of the castboolit folks, but I did come across a 9MM cast boolit that was powdercoated signal blue:)
