Imperial Metals Lino-plus

I am looking for someone that can tell me what the composistion of Imperial Metals Corp's "Lino-Plus" metal is. I have aquired a couple of three ingot units that appear to be pretty hard metal. Any help is appreciated.

Plus metal is a very high tin and antimony alloy used by printers to replenish depleted linotype. I don't have an exact formulation for you, but a forum search might well turn it up.

Here's the info wiljen provided on the Plus Metal he recently ran a group buy for:

47% Antimony (Sb)
37% Lead (Pb)
18% Tin (Sn)
with a trace amount of Arsenic


This metal is an enrichment alloy - to be added to base metal.

1 part of this into 10 parts lead makes WW Alloy
1 part of this into 10 parts WW makes Taracorp Magnum
1 part of this into 10 Parts Magnum makes Linotype

(And since those percentages add up to 102% plus a trace of arsenic, it ought to really enrich your alloy!)
