Nice! I'd see about the 7mm Hunter mould from NOE for that TC. That would be good white tail go getter.

A couple more. Not quite as good ! But not bad at all. Excuse my targets. I just tape them up and use'em over and over.

I have a 7R in the Wichita 10" pistol. Shoots the same. The 7R is almost exactly a 7 Waters. Formed from 30-30 brass.
I shot deer with the 139 Hornady and they did not perform right. I went to the 120 SSP and could not get it to shoot because of the slow twist.
Now you will not believe the powder that worked! Varget, 34.5 gr got me to 1/2" at 50 with open sights. I don't know the velocity.
32.5 gr in my 10" MOA with the 7BR gives me 2175 fps. Same bullet.
I never tried cast.

27 gr, AA2015 book at 2050. I have not had it on a chroney. I will do that sometime. It has a good bit of recoil.

That's plenty fast enough. :)

I have mine all set up to go until three week when I diagnosed with colon cancer. Had surgery last week and everything is clear.
I have both the NOE hunter in 130 and 165 gr. I have the Lee Soupcan mold.
I want to try them all in my TC 7mm Waters and 7mm TCU.
Healing now

Glad to hear you are doing OK.
The TCU is also a great round, just something about those 7's.
Someday I will make a 7mm mold.

The 7tc/u and the 7 08 loaded to around 2000 fps with the 135 grain "Soup Can" will take deer. YOU must do your part and get with in 100 yards(in MY experience) to be successful. Biggest buck I shot with the 7tc/u weighed 165+ pounds. I shot him while he was laying down about 80 yards from me. Boolit went thru both lungs and did NOT exit. 14" Contender, so MAYBE the velocity was less than 2000 fps. He got to his feet and then fell over!
