LBT Throat Slugs and BHN tester

From Veral I have no issues , but like to hear from someone other than the makers ..

I have one of the LBT testers. It seems to work ok.
I get about the right readings for solder alloys in the 12 BNH range.
I don't have a standard for Linotype so I don't know how accurate it is over 20.
Pure lead reads under 5.

I have used my LBT tester for several years, seems to be right where it
should be on "known" alloys, easy to use, can't imagine it wearing out or
breaking. The only limit is max size of sample is about like a big boolit, not
OK for a huge chunk of alloy.
