Can anyone identify the electric smelting plumbing pot.

I also need a new plug/cord - Standard 3/4" between the pins. I did google/ebay - 11/16" seems to be a standard back in that day. Am I missing anything? The plugs are on ebay for $10-15 range.

I haven't looked - but might just hardwire and PID (no PID yet) - Good idea or ?

Also assuming there is two heat ranges - hi/low - based on the plug position.

Also, some tools came with it: 2 - iron chisels/tampers, 2 - Asbestos's (?) collars with nice clamps - are these worth anything?

Thanks

The "collars" are pouring ropes for making lead/oakum joints in horizontal runs of cast iron pipe. The curved "chisels" were used to tamp the oakum into the joint (which actually made the seal between the two pipes) and then lead was poured to finish the joint.
