Has anyone tried casting 22 cal pellets for their pellet gun? All these pellets in my trap seem like a waste- would love to re-constitute them!:-D

Re-constitute them in your regular bullet casting alloy.

I don't think I'd try casting them, you might find a way to swage them

Yea Dale, thats what i will end up doing. I think it will take a whole tin of pellets to make one 44 cal. boolit!:-D

Jim at CBE makes a .20cal mould but I tell you what; I can think of MANY other ways to punish myself. Lyman 225415 is as small as I want to go.
