Member Sticker (NRA, Navy Member, etc.) Question

How do you add the stickers I see under a members name when you post? By s"stickers" I mean such as the NRA Life Member, Navy Member, etc.) I've checked high and low but can't find any information about it.

Here you go http://castboolits.gunloads.com/profile.php?do=editusergroups just select the groups you want to join and boom you got your stickers.
