This mold: http://noebulletmolds.com/NV/product_info.php?cPath=27&products_id=1411&osCsid=psccifrppif88u50h9l0b0f8k4 tumble lubed with BLL over about 8-10 grains of Unique. I have not settled on the most accurate charge yet.

I have the same mold but in .268 (slug your bore to find your requirement)for my M41 but I haven't gotten to load anything yet. I'll be trying some 3031 or 4350 (all I have on hand)

Typical groove diam is .268, NOT the .264 that folks expect. For this
reason, Norma ammo is really inaccurate because they use a .264
bullet, same as in their 6.5 Swedes, but they have .264 groove diam.

Since you want .002 or .003 over groove diam, . . . . you will need
about a .270-271 diam for a Carcano, nothing out there directly
in that size that I am aware of. Sizing down a .277 mold should work.

Not a carcano but i got this 1 for my arisaka. http://noebulletmolds.com/NV/product_info.php?cPath=27&products_id=113&osCsid=psccifrppif88u50h9l0b0f8k4 It drops from the mold at .271.5 from range scrap. sized to .271 Haven't gotten to the range with it yet but have a good feeling about it. I think i will have to get the NOE next 269 163Gr. FN 2 cavity GC
[E1] I want oal closer to the rifling and the arisaka has a long lead.

135854I use the Lee 6.5 `Cruise Missile` I load it as cast at .270. These moulds are obtainable from Midsouth Shooters Supply NOT Lee.

I have 2 moulds, the original casts at 170gn and I have cut down the other to cast 150gn bullets.

I have found the 150gn bullet works best in my M91 Carcano.

I've been using a NOE 269-163FN mould that closely resembles the origional military weight and size from what info I have gleened so far. This boolit shoots better than the 142 gr cast I've tried.
So far I've only loaded with H4895, but I've hit 8" metal clangers at 150 yards without missing. So far so good.

I have this bullet too. Sized .268 and a bit and loaded over 23gr W748 it produces 1750fps and minute of golf ball accuracy at 50m. Also sizing a 280486 down and getting similar accuracy over 13.8gr of 2400 and 1850fps. Yes, sizing 0.012 off the bullet in a push through.
