Yes that is just one of life's little pleasures living in a rural area. We see a fair amount of wildlife around here also and it sure makes for a better day.

My resident cottontail shared a bit of time in the afternoon sun with me Sunday. He likes to hang out as long as I keep a respectable distance.

Reminds me of the time I was squirrel hunting on the Cumberland Plateau in TN. I saw two grey foxes while I was sitting under a tree, then moved to another spot, and saw a flock of turkeys, and two does with fawns. I didn't bag anything that day, but went home happy.
