What top punch for the Lee C312-155-2R?

I bought the Lyman 467 top punch and it is really blunting the tips.

The castpics site says you have the right one. You could drill the point deeper or use a different top punch from another 30 caliber pointed boolit mold.

I had the same problem a couple of months ago. I got a "blank" top punch from The Perfessor. You just use some JB Weld in it to custom make a punch for your bullet. Works like a charm.

I noticed the same problem. Pointy boolits turned into rounded boolits. I'm getting the NOE version of this mold when it comes out in May which will have a matching top punch available. I'll probably sell or just give away the Lee mold at that point.
