I don't think I have ever seen a mold or heard of, any one making 17 cal. pellets.

Has any one else?

Yes a group buy was done for a .17 pellet, nobody in the US could get it to shoot straight, it took a fellow from South of the Border to do that, he loaded it backwards.

I have seen some discussion of molds for 17 and 22 cal. pellets and some have indicated there are, or were, molds available, possibly of English manufacture. I think the skirted pellets are swaged, which seems that the swage die would have to open like a mold to dump the pellet. DALE

Guess I never thought about twist in a pellet gun. I've got an RWS Model 50 with a 1 in 15 1/2' or 16" twist I had to go check.
