Anyone have ANY load data for H110 TL309-230-5R in 300 Blackout?

I use around 14gr of RL-7 for boolits in that weight range. I get about 1,400fps and it cycles our 2 Carbine length gas 16" uppers just fine.

I run 7.5 grns of lilgun with the lee 230 bt

I've found H110/W296 a little fast for boolits that weight unless you are using a pistol length gas tube. If so you can try around 9gr. This was iffy in my sons upper with carbine length depending on weather, a complete no go in mine.
