Can it be sent USPS????

c. Air guns that do not fall within the definition of firearm under 12.1.1a that are capable of being concealed on a person are mailable; but must include adult signa*ture service under 503.8.0. Mailers must comply with all applicable state and local regulations.

Here in Michigan You can't have rifled barrel air pistol. There was a bill to change that but, I have not paid attention to see if it passed or not. So make sure you
check HI regulations as stated above. Most retailers won't send to states that are "banned". Private sellers probably won't know, so be careful.
