can someone please tell me what the OAL is recommended for the GB 311284 bullet?

What I did was seat it way out till it engraved the rifling, then seated it deeper and deeper till it was Just before the rifling. This will vary on different rifles of course.

but to answer your question I seated mine out to an OAL of 3.250

Thanks Blammer, I used 3.200 but I wasn't sure given what Lyman said for this bullet as the GB had a different nose on it than the one in the book. I'm in the ball park so i feel better.
