G'day mate
The only virgin brass I know of for the .405Win is Hornady or if you meant just 405 Basic brass, you would get that from Bertram Brass etc.
I'm looking for some myself for my .405Win based on a Eddystone M1917 that has been converted to take it and is now finished, just have to finish paying for it and pick it up.
Hope this helps??

Back in the day (before bell or hornady existed) we used to either use 30-40 Krag brass fireformed (came out a little short) or you if you could find it the 7x65mm rimmed Brenneke brass fireformed and trimmed.

Midwayusa had Hornady in stock recently. Might still have some.

Check Buffalo Arms for Hornady or Reformed 30-40
Or
Depending on what you are making they have a bunch of odd formed brass, (your case) ready to go.

I bought all my 405 brass some years ago. It was all produced by Hornady and it is good brass. Prior to that I made my own by fireforming 30-40 krag brass. First I annealed the cases then put in 10 grains of Red Dot. I crammed each case with tissue paper up to the mouths. When fired it made a mess, but the cases came out ok except they were about 1/4" too short. Otherwise they worked fine through my old Win 1895. LLS
