Lehigh 209 Conversion for Knight

I am trying to locate a Lehigh 209 conversion kit to shoot bare 209 primers in Knight muzzleloaders using the Disc extreme system. Knight currently sells a breech plug that has a brazed ventliner to shoot BH209 in their rifles, but the one Dave @ Lehigh Bullet made had a replaceable vent liner... that is the one I'm after... trying to do a "rebuild" project to make a deer rifle for my grandson. I've already contacted Dave, but he no longer has any since he quit making them... any help would be greatly appreciated.
