What would John Wayne or Wallace Beery think? The Marines let the Flask bearing their emblem go to a Canadian in the benefit auction. Red River Rick was high bidder but in deference to his own Canuck regiments, he donated the flask back to see if the Marines could reclaim some honor.

We will close this auction next Sunday at midnight. there must be some Marine who deserves this. What would Chesty think?

It just wouldn't seem fitting for such a beautiful flask to not go to some deserving Marine. I'm sure someone out there would love to have this tucked into their back pocket. Never know when you may need an "Emergency" shot.

Besides, I don't think most marines would be appreciative of a ex-kilt wearing Reservist (Queens Own Cameron Highlanders) carrying around their flask.

In a lot of Bulletin Boards and forums guys bring their post back to the top by replying to it, typing the word "bump" or the letters BTT (Back To the Top).
