pacific powder scale

Hi all, I recently bought a Pacific powder scale (old) This is the one with a threaded beam, and two nuts to adjust for weight. It comes with a set of aluminum weights to zero the scale. This is the first one I have seen with a full set of weights and I would like to know if any one knowes when this model was introduced. It appears in the 1937 B&M cataloge but not the 1927 cat.

I have one of those that was my Dad's, and I remember him using it when I was very young, but that would still have been in the late 40s or early 50s.
