TC High Plains Sporter, same barrel as New Englander?

My nephew just found the above at a pawn shop. Bore looks GREAT, few nicks, price was very good. I hadn't ever seen one before? It looks very similar to my New Englander? He wants a set of Williams fiber optic sights like mine(old eyes in low light). I am nearly positive they'll fit. Anybody know?

as you've surmised, the T/C High Plains Sporter is basically just a New Englander with a pistol-grip stock.

THANKS, Bubba! He'll enjoy shooting that TC. I'm tickled he is interested in muzzleloading, canoeing, deer/elk hunting, etc, something his uncles still enjoy after 25+ years. He gave me a list of traditional stuff to pick up next week at Track of the Wolf, while traveling in MN.
