Contributor/Sponsor tags missing. ??

Not sure who to ask, hopefully this will get seen and forwarded to the proper department,,,,,,

I am a Sponsor and a Contributor, with both scheduled to expire in mid April of 2015, but the tags for Contributor no longer shows under my avatar, and would like it back.
