Instead of the normal purchases of Lyman #2 from RotoMetals, I am going to try and blend to make my own Lyman #2

I keep reading where members are referring to an Excel spreadsheet that can be used to know exactly how much Lino to add to Isotope to make it Lyman #2

Can someone please point me in that direction so I can get a copy for myself ?

Simple. Just type "alloy calculator" in that little white search box at the top right of every page in the dark gray band???????

just to make sure I am looking at this correctly, I need to add 5 pounds of Lino to harden 8 pounds of Isotope large cores to Lyman #2 / 15 bhn ?

That's what I get...comes out to 15.2 BHN. 91.4% Lead, 2.15% Tin & 6.46% Antimony

Sounds good.Whatever the all-knowing, all-seeing, all-calculating spreadsheet says! It has not failed me yet.

I've ordered a couple of these isotope cores. What is the composition of these?
