I know George the elder doesn't like this, but we think its pretty danged good.
A head of broccoli, cut into bite-sized pieces.
A couple of ripe tomatos, cut into bite-sized pieces.
An onion, cut into thin strips.
Italian dressing.
Parmesan cheese. optional.
Toss it together and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
Vary the amounts of everything to your liking, and maybe add some finely chopped raw garlic, if you like your salad to bite you back.
