Me neither, but who gets to carry? Is it like shall issue or May issue? Or do only FOPs get to carry. Friends of Putin.

The cult of Putin grows, and this is actually a great quote.

“You can get a lot more done with politeness and a weapon than with politeness alone.”

Who would have ever thought that Russia would have more freedoms than certain parts of the US do?

They don't unless you're an oligarch. Those will have their body guards carrying the hardware.

Amazing. I would have liked to be able to carry when I was there.

Those are 2009 figures.

This is what I find for 2009:

2009 USA
Population 305,000,000
No guns 300,000,000
No murders 13,636
No murders per person 0.000045
No murders per gun 0.000045
No guns per person 1.0

2009 Russia

Population 140,000,000
No guns 13,000,000
No murders 21,603
No murders per person 0.00015
No murders per gun 0.0017
No guns per person 0.09

Summary:

You are more than three times more likely to be murdered in Russia than in the USA
There are 23 times more guns in the USA.
There are 11 times more guns per person in the USA

Now explain to me again,
How is it obvious that reducing the number of guns would reduce the murder rate ? ? ?
