So I've got these grey/black boolits That I cast up about 8 years ago. I neglected to lube them, and they have this weird grey/black rough appearance. My question is are these boolits good to shoot? Should I melt them down and start over? Many thanks, Randy.

Yes. ooxidized looking. Are they ok to shoot?

Lead oxide is one of the easiest sources of airborne lead. Ok to shoot? Outside with a breeze at your back? Likely so. Indoor shooting range or unloaded boolits? Likely a bad idea. Ultimately, the decision is yours.
