Anybody got a drawing or picture of the Lee 7mm soupcan that Midsouth lists on their website? For some reason they don't have a drawing of it like they do all of their other "special order" molds.
Searches here only turn up drawings of the GB soupcan that had some changes to it.

Thats because the Honcho, Oldfeller, ripped me off and scanned my posted drawing (posts are copyrighted) and altered it by hand and reposted it as a jpeg for the GB. He got permanently put on the no drawing list, along with another fellow, for it. All he has is the crappy looking scan without the other information that goes to Lee with it.

45nut, I had found that thread and was reading it that for that group buy the were doing some modifications to the Lee 7mm soupcan. What they were actually talking about was that they were modifying the 30 soupcan to make the 7mm soupcan. DOH!
This then became the 7mm soupcan that Midsouth now lists, correct?

I am in contact with midsouth at this time to find out EXACTLY what the mould looks like that they have listed.

Per midsouth, they only have 3 in stock, after they are gone I don't think they will carry them anymore.

Here is a link for thread that I posted pictures of the 7mm soup can mould I bought from Midsouth. It looks a lot like the picture in the castpics section.

45 2 1 has done most of the drawings for the group buys. He is very gracious about this and did a lot of them for nothing. He does however keep the rights to the drawings" prints" and if you burn him he will do no more for you. I assume he means HIS list. You might consider it his $$h!t list?

Well, I got mine last week. Must have been one of (if not the) last one they had as they are shown as being "on order" now. Haven't had time to do any casting with it yet, but it looks like a good boolit. It has a pretty good flat nose on it, so it should make a good hunting boolit as well as using it on the steel critters in my 7TCU.
