Been there.!! Great time.! Being there LIVE is more amazing than the show. The shooters are just regular people and you can pick their brain before and after the daily events. You would not believe how fast...and far...the pumpkins fly.

chunkin is not very big on the west coast however my brother and I did a little contest between us. We wanted to chunk the little decorative pumpkins. rules were: less than $50, no explosives.. I did a trebuchet with a $100lb concrete counterweight and he built a catapult with a garage door spring. we both sucked but they threw the pumpkins.. and I have it on video!

On Northern Exposure? They had one. English guy threw small cars 200 yds. 200 lb stone balls going into the ground 2.5 feet upon impact.
