D.C. ban on carrying any weapon outside the home was unconstitutional

Since this ruling, they have decided to change the law to "MAY issue", and at the discretion of the COP.
We've had the same thing forever. MAY issue just means "NO".
So the government, that is suppose to fallow the rule of the land, is just playing it's game and doing what it wants.
We have been fighting for years to get "MAY issue" to "Shall issue".
We maybe close this year.

How can we trust a government that does not trust us????
