Well, despite numerous chances to redeem himself it appears Mr Medic has no intentions of returning the large hammer mold, ever. He even went so far as to return my call to lie to me about their status.
He will forevermore be considered a deadbeat bum.
I hope he enjoys the mold.

If the mould was mailed using the USPS
You might contact the Postal inspector
As a case for mail fraud could be made IMO
Let the guys with Federal badges do the work
I had a simelar problem a few years back and just a phone call from a Postal inspector changed the guys mind about returning my stuff
Not sure if the guy sending it to him or a rep from the site needs to make the contacts

Some body take him to small claims court in the area of the forums owners, once you get a court order, send it to Mr. Mohler's sheriff department and request a sheriff's sale to satisfy the debt that is recognized by the courts.
While in small claims court, request the cost of recovery as well as court expensive.

There is a reason why the good Lord made our world round. Things DO come back to one, Good or BAD. Like they say what goes around, comes around. Devine justice will prevail. Seems to me that often one pays more than they spent on a bad deed....know what I mean? Obviously this individual can be bought for dang little and we OWN him. With a name and postal address, a MEAN PERSON could log onto to as many websites as possible and then ask for all the free pamflets, regular e-mail updates, etc. Then they could call the local Mormons and ask for a Saturday morning visit, a really early visit, that way they won't clash with the Hari Chrishners. If you were in a really bad mood, someone could, on his behalf, ask for guidance from the Scientoligists, but only if he can get it from Tom Cruise. If we had a phone number, we could leave that with any screwball organisations that rings up asking for money, you know, Green Peace, World Wild Life Fund, save the whale, save the blue frogs, gay rights for whales in a relationship with blue frogs, all the good ones.
I have never done anything like that, I was just saying that someone who was a nasty type could do that.

Folks, I don't know this guy and have never had any direct dealings with him, but after reading some of these comments I would like to issue a word of caution. Be careful about what you say or who you contact. Going to other websites and publishing warnings about this guy proactively might not be a very good idea. Posting an article in a local newspaper might not be a good idea. If it could be construed to be with malicious intent, you could be looking at lawsuits for harassment, defamation of character, slander, etc. I would hate for anybody on this great site to get into legal trouble over something like this. I don't think anybody here wants to be viewed as a lynchmob just out to extract revenge. I agree that we just want to be treated with honestly and honorably, but please keep that in mind whenever you want to do something against/about somebody that has wronged you (us).
Making the message here a sticky is a good idea. It warns people that would have a legitimate chance of dealing with a less than honorable individual. That is a lot different than posting it in a newspaper. Banning the individual from participation in the site is also a good idea because it helps prevent further "advantage taking". We don't need to stoop to the levels of the low-lifes just to get our "pound of flesh".
Just my .02 worth on this subject. Your opinions may vary, that is OK.

Not defending these guys, any way shape or form. Just seems pretty weird that this is

Look up the McMartin Day Care case in LA 15 or more years ago. When the accusations
start getting too weird, I think back to that case which ruined a whole family based on the
lunatic accusations of a woman who turned out to have brain cancer and thought they
had molested her son. "Therapists" convinced a dozen or more kids to make up a ton
of insane, evil sounding stuff. After years in prison, all was found to be made up and
used by a whack job prosecutor looking to be famous.
SO - when the accusations are from recovered memories, I will wait around for a least
a bit of actual physical evidence of any kind before I will bite on the bait.
May be really, really bad guys. May also be the product of therapists planting crazy ideas
in the heads of impressionable youngsters.

Not defending these guys, any way shape or form. Just seems pretty weird that this is from 'recovered memories'.

I contacted some old LE comrades who are still in the business. They checked in with some of the Missouri LE types. Bottom line is that there are too many different victims from too many different locales spanning too many different years for this to be what we used to delicately call a "collective conspiracy."
I agree about the poop-head therapists, though. There are some really, really GOOD therapists out there that have provided invaluable, lifechanging assistance to true victims of heinous crimes.
And then there are the therapists who are cousins to the ambulance-chasing slip & fall lawyers. Both should be flushed.
My friends who are still collecting and disposing of society's sewage, such as the family in the above story, feel that there is too much smoke to ignore the fire. Their collective biggest fear is of a grandstanding prosecutor (who has political aspirations) bungling one of the cases.
Personally, if they put the Mohlers in general population just while in jail awaiting trial, I'll be real surprised if several of them don't get shanked and not make it to trial.
And I'll not cry for justice served swiftly.

Holy **** how did I miss this thread? I saw that it was resurrected, and thought the mold had resurfaced. I have a buddy that works as a guard at the state prison near here. He said there are two things you dont want to be if you get locked up, A correctional/LE officer or a child molester. If they do get convicted, they will get the punishment they deserve, from the other inmates.

Remember one thing if you will. A five year old kid can also read your words posted here. Would you want your child reading some of the comments I am about to go edit?

Sir,
Not to be argumentative, but I'd be more concerned about my 5 year old clicking the links finding out how the Mohlers treat children.

I agree totally.
As a child my momma used to tell me that if i got home too late bad people would snatch me up. If I had known that people like that really existed. I would have made it home from the crick/river/woods alot earlier than i normally did.

WOW. I was reading this thread from the beginning, telling the Mrs. how this guy stole our site benefit hammer mould, then kept reading and OMG. It's THAT guy??? I know in America all accused by the media are instantly guilty, but if even 1% of the accusations are proven true in court that is horrific. Can't believe he was one of our members.

Wow! Totally confirms my thoughts about the quality of his character when he wouldn't return the mould. Having worked in the child care field in the past, I,m no longer surprised by finding this type of treatment of children, but I'm still sickened by it. Makes you wonder what the man's sons endured when they were children and are now passing on to their children.

I'd want my children to read my comments and understand that there is no limit to what I'd do to save them.

I just read about the theft of a hammer mold. I have been away for awhile and sort of lost touch. I have two hammer molds, and only need one. They are small, maybe a pound or so and I use them in my machine shop and for gunsmithing. Anyway, if someone will tell me where to send it, I would like to donate one if it will help. It uses a double quarter inch rod for handles, I wrap them with tape with heat shrink tubing over that.

That's a right generous offer codgerville.
Can I suggest you contact 45Nut for guidance. Another alternative:
you could consider is offering it for sale in the "Benefit Auction/sales" forum. It's located here.
http://www.castboolits.gunloads.com/forumdisplay.php?f=33
You can designate the proceeds to the forum itself or one of our members in need.

Last night I had wrote the reply to your quote above after coming home from dinner at a friends and having a few drinks.
After a reread this morning, I still think it's some of my best work...
Would be "nonsensical" if weren't true-
The point I was trying to make when posting that last December in this fine thread .. was referring to Obama's appointing Kevin Jennings as "Safe Schools Czar:" who is a known homosexual activist.
Quote-
"Co-founder and executive director of the Gay, Lesbian, and Straight Education Network (GLSEN), where in keeping with that organization's mission, he concentrates his energies on developing and advocating classroom curricula for public schools that would re-educate school-children to embrace homosexuality. As a key part of their strategy to advance their agenda and change the culture, GLSEN leaders say they specifically target children as young as kindergarten*in order to begin a "saturation process," that forms the imagination with positive impressions of the homosexual lifestyle"
That to me is a sick pedophile, unleashed on our innocent school children directly from the top, Chiefs50, from Obama himself, so yes I stand by my "nonsensical partisan political" statement, and I think it is totally related to the subject of this thread.
Apologize if I offended you Chiefs50.
I can make my point much better sober...
