The poor misunderstood Fifth amendment. The red-headed stepchild of our Bill of Rights. Why would you claim "The Fifth" if you were telling the truth? Our judicial system is there to protect you.

I saw this video quite a few years ago. The content changed the way I thought about that right. The title is unfortunate in that you could substitute any number of government agencies in the title.

Posted as a warning to read the fine print of your rights. No animosity toward LEO's. It's your job. Law enforcement and attorneys understand these points.

I'm sure some have seen this. I recommend this to anyone that matters.

Thanks for reminding me about this book. I saw this author on cspan booktv discussing this book. She is a former Federal Prosecutor and is currently a practicing attorney. This is no work of fiction. The 5A is no protection if the prosecutors can make it up as they go along.
