I purchased a cheap powder measure from PARTS-VORTEX. I had problems and after numerous emails he agreed on 12.00 refund. He said that he issued refund and I should contact Ebay cisrtomer service, so I closed the case. Well he never issued the refind and now I am stuck without the refund. so watch out the item purchased was a powder measure called the RO RO GO HUNT POWDER MEASURE. i DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS THE PROPER PLACE BUT THOUGHT i WOULD START HERE

Sorry to hear about your troubles. You can still go after this hairball thru eBay cust service. Make some noise, they do not like noise also if you paid thru PayPal you can go to them(I know, one in the same) still, don't give up the fight and thanks for the heads up...tx..

I did go through them and he said that he issued the refund and that I should contact customer service and I went and closed the case, and now it is too late.

Then I would consider yourself very blessed that you only lost 12 bucks and were able to warn others of the dirtball :)

* Oh I just pulled that ebay person up. NEVER by from China EVER, most are a scam and are well known as scam artists. Chock up your 12 bucks to experience.

I buy items from China all the time, never large ticket items tho. Mostly flashlights, billfolds, small electronic parts, and such. Usually get my merchandise within 2 weeks.

Have yet to experience a problem in the 5 years I been doing it.

I agree with Jcwit. China is just like the USA, in that everyone is not a crook. My only beef with China is the long shipping times. I guess if you want to get something for the best price, you just have to learn to order far in advance. To the OP: I would still go back to EBay and explain the situation. I think that they will at least look into it again for you.

The lesson here is never close a case until you are fully satisfied with the outcome.

12$ is a reasonable price for an education. Mine cost 200$. Live and learn.

Just add the 12 bucks to the price of an American made lee.
I agree with the above poster, a 12 dollar lesson is one of lifes cheaper ones.

I've been selling on eBay since 2006. My big lapse was this year. $800.

Edit: I meant to include that it was a shipment to China.

I never buy anything off ebay that ships from china. Within practicality, I avoid buying Chinese anything.

I literally hate having to buy chinese anything, but don't have a choice on some things. I am not about to start trying to cut out the middle man though. lol

Slam them in the feedback, they cannot get it removed without proving they settled the case properly.

That means money in your hand.

Surprising as it may seem to some there are many food products brought here from China. Don't buy or eat any of them. I get that warning from Chinese.
