Here are a few samples of the new Ballisti Cast 124 gn 9mm with no lube groove. I got these moulds about 3-4 weeks ago. I have a viral eye issue gong on and today was the first chance I had to test them. I think they look good. Casted at 735/740 deg. Weight was 123.7/123.8 gn. I have to run some more on the Mark X. As long as they go well I'll be buying 2 more moulds so I can run all 4 positions. Diameter is .360/.361. Got to HI-TEK coat and size next.

i did have an issue with the first moulds I got from Ballisti Cast. The bullets were dropping undersized. They made me new moulds and these look great!

Thanks, Matt

Very nice, i went 124 w/lube groove with mine. i should have got the ones you did.Mine drop .358 sized to .356 (after copper plating)
My custom .223 molds are being tested tomorrow before their shipped, we're waiting to see if they drop easily from the mold.
I think it's best to deal with Northern Valley Machine, Inc. Directly.. They make all the stuff anyway.

I kinda mis-spoke above... The moulds are marked .360/.361. They are dropping right at .357 to .358. After hi-tek coating they should size perfectly. After I run some more I will try the coating for the first time. I'll post updates then.
