Brass in valve stems

Is the amount of brass in the valve stems mixed in with our WWs worth saving for sale at the scrap yard when we go back for lead?

How many pounds would you guess you have? If you're getting it for nothing and you're able to collect enough, sure it's worth it.

Take the stems and throw them in the coffee can with your spent primers. All that brass adds up after a while to a weight worth taking to sell.
