Ok, I've cast a few and now shot some.

I have been playing with Unique and various charges with this boolit. Not bad results, more on that later as I've done no serious shooting with it.

I got some IMR3031, actually it's milsurp pulldown 4475 equvilent to IMR3031, and put 30 gr in behind a 311284 GC, my cast wt is 226gr, WW alloy just air cooled, and speed green and whatever was still coming out of my sizer of the Lyman Black Moly lube... Hornady GC's.

Sized to .311 to seat the GC and lube then run through the Lee sizer to .309.

If I ran then through the Lyman .309 it deforms the nose or bends the bullet, as it's kinda soft...

Loaded with 30 gr 4475, in 30-06 case and WLR primers.

I managed to shoot two of my 3 shots into 1/2 at 25 yds, with the first being about an inch high of the second two shots.

I like it!

Kick is a bit more than the unique loads but hey, not bad...

You tried any of the PB boolits yet?

I tried one load of the PB boolits with Unique. Got the same accuracy as I did with GC version, same powder, same gun, same brass, same distance.

I liked it, but not enough money to buy it.
