I should have asked this question before or looked it up but would the average shooter know the difference between match and standard primers? I can't even tell the difference between Tula and Winchester in my guns

I don't think so. But the match primers are going for what the reg primers usually go for (at least in my neck of the woods). I bought a bunch and they give me a little more confidence, and that can't hurt my shooting!

I've been off and on hunting Small Rifle for about 18 months subsituting Small Pistol Mag for the light loads as in the 222 the stanards were punctured.
Anyway I found both Rem and CCI in Reno Saturday . BR-4 were $49 ,No41 $45 while standards were $30/1000.

Now if only the LRP CCIs would come back.......
