Being able to see the GREAT Grand-Daughter for the first time. Got a call from the Grand-Daughter letting us know that she was coming up for a few days to visit. Soooooo......as most of you can understand it was Grandpa that spoiled the little tike rotten. She (Alice) is 6 weeks old but ole Grandpa got her to smile with mom wondering how I could do that. She keeps forgetting that it was Grandma and Grandpa that pretty much raised her and I did the same thing with her.

I had so much fun taking care of her that mom was getting somewhat envious at times. But I can hardly wait till they come up again so I can have a repeat in the spoil them rotten dept.

That is awesome for sure. I have two grands, a boy 16 and a girl 10. So it will probably be a while before the wife and I get our great grand kids. From your picture I can see we have a lot to look forward to. You look like you are enjoying it as much as Alice is.

Awww Matt.... That is precious.... When she gets a bit older, you can get her a puppy.... :) and maybe a little noise maker... ;-)

It doesn't get any better than that, at least till she asks you to teach her to shoot.

Looks like life is good indeed in Grumpa's little spot in the wilderness. Congrats on a beautiful great-grandbaby. You're well within your rights to spoil that little bundle of sweetness as much as you want.
