busy day in the garage

Today I cast 550 boolits. 250 were .45s. I was using an old Ideal mold 450466. Nice looking easy casting boolt! The other 300 were 150 gr. .30 cal loverins. I usually have a minor problem with fillout with these, but today I think the moon and sun and stars must have all been in the right phases; I got a good fill on almost every round. It looks like I'm gonna have to spend a bit of time making gas checks tomorrow so I can finish those Loverins. Well it is supposed to rain anyway....

Spent today making gas checks then lubing and sizing. Also managed to get a frw .45 colt and .45 auto loaded too. Now if I can get about three more uninterupted days, I might actually get caught up!

I guess I got to get a different job. I spent the day at work thinking about casting and lubing :)
