Ethans 10th Birthday

It has just struck me, yesterday was a Duck Pond dedication for Ethan's Dad, my nephew, Jamie who was killed in the line of duty Sept 13th, 2013. At the dedication I learned it is Ethan's 10th birthday this coming Sunday (I'm sure I'm correct on the day), would be nice to see how many b-day cards he could get for his day, hope I'm not asking to much. If you can send a card would be best to come to me and i'll surprise him with them on his day.
In 'Him' we trust.

I hope you don't mind but in my family tradition calls for a couple bucks to be tucked into birthday cards. Mom always made us kids bank ours, and we were glad of that when we turned 18 and were allowed to buy a car.

I can think of no words to express my feelings re the depth of their loss.
