I might be opening a can of worms but I'm looking for some input. Has anyone tried loading Kaidos 200gr or 240gr conicals into a Pietta 1858 New Army that hasn't be modified or by removing the cylinder from the gun and using a Revolver-Cylinder Loading Stand? I'd like to cast his 200gr or 240gr conicals but I don't want to have to modify the cylinder and frame or remove the cylinder from the gun. Supposedly his conicals are all "Stepped Bullets" meaning the bullet's size in width goes from small to bigger as up go up the body of the bullet as apposed to a flat base. To me this means that someone should be able to start the conical, rotate the cylinder under the rammer and set it. Any input or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
