I recently sent RandyRat an order for some of his product. Before I even got it, he was on the phone telling me he sent unprocessed goods rather than processed. My reply was that it was no big deal, but he insisted on sending more processed goods to make up for the extra trouble. He even paid the shipping. Nice guy, reminds me of customer service at RCBS.
