Question on Shipping Boolit Lube and Hi-Tec Coating

I've pretty much gone the PC route will all my boolits and have some left over lube (both wax and LLA) as well as a kit of HT coating I bought but never opened.

I'd like to post these in the S&S section but before I do, does anyone know if I'm allowed as an individual to ship wax or the coatings? I would ship UPS ground, but I'm still not certain since it is a flammable solid (same as the cardboard box everyone uses to ship stuff).

For UPS ground shipment, anything with a flash point below 105 deg. F is considered "flammable" (by DOT specs) and anything above that is considered "combustible". Combustible is OK for UPS ground. You may need to check with Lee as to the flash point of LLA. Waxes have a flash point way above 105 deg.
